2. What devices are supported by the Vision+ app?

The Vision+ app requires a 5G WiFi capable Apple or Android device. This is to ensure that the WiFi connection is powerful enough to prevent latency, freezing, or crashing issues while registering and flying the drone.

If you wish to use your device to operate the PowerEgg, it must be capable of supporting:

Wi-Fi - 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi (802.11n 2.4GHz and 5GHz) / Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology.

This is a partial list of devices recommended by PowerVision pilots. We have found that the user experience with Apple iOS is superior -- however, we are working to achieve the same user experience with Android.

3. What if the magnetometer fails self-testing?

If you're finding that the magnetometer fails self-testing, there could be a couple of different factors at play.

1. You could be in a strong magnetic field or indoor. Move to another location and try again.

2. The magnetic field may have changed, and you will need to recalibrate.

4. Why won't the base station connect to the PowerEgg?

If you find that the base station keeps searching without ever connecting to the PowerEgg, follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

1. Keep pressing the power button on the top of the PowerEgg for 20 seconds. You will see the battery light up twice and the rear light turn blue.

2. Connect your mobile device to the base station via WiFi. When the connection is complete, go to the app and click the top left icon. Press "Base Station Unbind," then press "Confirm."

3. Wait for the base station to connect to the PowerEgg.
4. Last step, go to the same dialog and click "Base station Frequency", that will make sure your connection is unique and safe.

5. Why is my base station connection weak?

Our current transmission doesn't support the channel automatic switching.

If you find your connection to be weak, please land your aircraft and switch to another channel.

6. What do I do if the battery level is low during flight?

To ensure the safety of the user and the aircraft, the PowerEgg and the Vision+ app have automatic responses in the event of low battery levels during flight.
When the battery level reaches 30%, the app will notify the user to return to home. When the battery reaches 10%, the aircraft will land at its current location.

7. Why I receive no GPS signal no matter where I go?

Your device setting maybe blocked the application to receive the GPS signal. Please check your setting.
